Adventurous light roasts, your way
Our beans are roasted by Tov Coffee Co. — a rotating lineup of adventurous, lighter-roast single-origins from growers in places like Ethiopia, Colombia, and Costa Rica, with every jar supporting the Hoosier Hills Food Bank. ("Tov" is Hebrew for good — good coffee for a greater good.) We tend to roast lighter to help the character of the coffee shine through in the cup. Whether you are looking for a more traditional cup or a fruity single-origin natural, we have something for everyone.
